Zatec's brewing process has remained largely unchanged for the last 200 years and these traditional methods deliver a balanced and eminently drinkable Pilsner.

The malty aroma has an almost spicy character which acts as a precursor to a complex yet balanced flavour profile.

Fruity and woody characters mix with citrussy tones from the hops but rather than conflicting, these elements combine to deliver a symphonic blast of flavour reminiscent of bitter honey.

To The Eye

Zatec is light in colour for a Czech Pilsner, hinting at its appetising flavour. A tight, creamy head with a natural apple-white tinge compliments its velvety body.
